Thalapathy Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj have joined forces again for their upcoming action thriller “Leo,” scheduled for release on October 19. However, a particular dialogue spoken by Thalapathy Vijay’s character, Parthiban, in the trailer has stirred up controversy.

In the scene, Parthiban (played by Vijay) uses a strong word to address his enemy while talking to his wife, portrayed by Trisha Krishnan. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj recently addressed this controversy in an interview.

When asked about his response to the controversy, Lokesh Kanagaraj clarified that the dialogue was spoken by the character, Parthiban, and not the actor himself. According to the director, the use of that specific word was crucial for the scene as it effectively conveyed the protagonist’s emotions to the audience. He also mentioned that he takes full responsibility for including such a dialogue in the film. Leo Controversy Cuss Word dialouge is comes at 1.46 minutes of the trailer.

Lokesh explained, “Before shooting that scene, Thalapathy Vijay asked me, ‘Is this okay? Will it be problematic if I say this?’ I told him that using that word was the best decision for the character and the scene. I’ll take full responsibility for it.”
